I do not really accept the "being at the right place at the right time" idea, especially when we are "always waiting" for it. Many things are constantly happening right in front of our eyes, and, "waiting" is a state of mind that conflicts with "seeing".

Although you can be "at the right place at the right time" for random, scheduled or predictable events, even then one needs to have a certain level of awareness, preparedness and perception to make the most of it. This is especially true in photography.
