The William Penn bronze statue, installed in 1894, stands atop Philadelphia City Hall. The Ferris wheel seen in the photo was assembled for the 2010 PIFA (Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts) Street Fair. The City Hall is a National Historic Landmark.
