Eskisehir Gozleme Makers
Gozleme is a traditional Turkish hand-rolled pastry filled with, feta cheese, spinach, minced meat or potatoes, and cooked over a sac (griddle). Today, gozleme makers can be seen preparing savory gozleme in many locations visited by tourists.
