Every time I visit Philadelphia Chinatown, I see a few people standing in front of these boards, taking notes. I couldn't quite figure out what kind of classifieds these were, so I asked an older Chinese lady who told me that they were job ads. Many new immigrants utilize such ads to find jobs in Chinatowns throughout the United States.
