someone who is in a situation they are unsuited to. In movies,
fish out of water scripts make for great comedy. In real life, it sucks to be a
fish out of water - as it did for this small shark pulled out of the San Francisco Bay.
They say
"all you have to do is to stay afloat". Well, I say
"not if you are a fish".
