Inside Metamorphosi Church, Karlovasi Samos
Haven't posted for a while but still alive...
"Metamorphosi" is Greek for transfiguration and in a religious context it refers to the Transfiguration of Jesus. The Metamorphosi Church is located next to the waterfalls at the Karlovasi River and the current building was built in the 13th century over an existing Church.
