This is another shot from the 2012 Philly Zombie Crawl.

I spent some time trying to figure out whether this is a character from somewhere, like Zombie Jesus, Zombie Jack Sparrow, or the Zombie Pope. Her costume is reminiscent of one of the Tim Burton characters. I'm not sure - send me an email if you know. With those eyes, she looks as mad as a hatter anyway. :)
