You are taught to express yourself and try to impress others. While some might be impressed with your expression - many won't be. Even when you don't express yourself, they will nevertheless form an impression about you. Your mere existence is sufficient cause to leave an impression. Yet, some will never see certain impressions. Others will avoid them. Not one soul will ever perceive impressions accurately and completely. Most souls will think that they did.

I know nothing about the gentleman in the photograph. Yet, he left a big impression on me...
