Last night I watched the documentary "Gasland 2" and I read a couple of articles "debunking" it. My verdict, more evidence that our system of government has become corporatism, or as Professor Sheldon Wolin puts it, "inverted totalitarianism".

One of the fundamentals of American Republicanism is private property rights. But as many Native American leaders observed and expressed "you are next". The "land eating monster" that is Western Civilization eventually begins to consume itself and its own privileged "citizens".
