This is somewhat unrelated to the photo. Civil Rights activist Medgar Evers said that "You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea". He was assasinated. Going back to this concept of "you can't kill an idea", that's a little disturbing.

There is a shitload of bad ideas out there - significantly more bad ideas than good ones, and more are added at an accelerating rate. And if there is no mechanism to rid society of bad ideas, and very soon, we're in serious trouble. So how do we get rid of bad ideas?
